 Evaluates construction schedule, job specifications and project budget to develop the most cost-effective approach to meet established deadlines.
 Coordinates delivery of materials; obtains required permits and licenses; monitors compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
 Oversees selection and performance of trade contractors and ensures that all work is completed on schedule. Tracks and controls construction costs against the project budget to avoid cost overruns.
